The property has a well-established and maintained rear garden with table and chairs to enjoy eating alfresco, plus a lockable garage is available to store bikes or golf equipment, and the driveway has enough off-road parking for two cars. The property is situated in a quiet road close to the seafront in the Royal Burgh of Inverbervie. The beach is a pebble beach with glorious coastline with the historic fishing village of Johshaven and seaside town of Stonehaven close by. The town has shops, butchers, bakers, tea rooms and restaurants, including fresh seafood restaurants. Inverbervie is a great location for visiting the beautiful East Coast. There are historic fishing villages, beautiful beaches, fresh seafood, walking, fishing, cycling and golf all close by. Take a trip to Stonehaven, visit Dunnottar Castle, the outdoor swimming pool, harbour and museums. Inland the glens of Isla, Clova and Prosen with spectacular scenery and are well worth a day trip.

Head west to get your fix of scenic countryside at the Cairngorms National Park. A journey north will take you to the city of Aberdeen with much to see and do.
