With sea views over Boyndie Bay this is a cosy semi-detached holiday property set at the end of a cul de sac, yet within easy reach of Banff’s good facilities. The patio doors in the living room and the picture windows in the main bedroom make this a stunning location, and the private sitting-out area looks onto a coastal path alongside the property. Guided tours are available, where you can take in the architectural highlights. Inverboyndie and Banff Bay, two of Scotland’s finest beaches are within walking distance. Enjoy a boat trip to experience the dolphins, excellent golf at Duff House and Macduff and the Whisky trail, these are all highlights of this part of Scotland. Shop, pub and restaurant 400 yards.

Sensational views across bay to Whitehills. An excellent quiet base for exploring Banff and local area and travelling further afield to Cullen and Portsoy. Easy walking to town and Banff beach. A great place to stay.

Comfortable wee bungalow with panoramic sea and sunset views. Well equipped and suitable for older visitors like ourselves, provided the 3 steps up to the front door and the same from the back glass doors down to the patio are not an obstacle. We had fine weather, but if we had expected cold and wet, we would have brought books, games and so on as we never bother with TV on holiday. There is one double bed, and one small double pushed against the wall which is fine for those agile enough to scramble out, or for a couple who prefer separate beds. The pretty little estate is immaculately kept, quiet, and there is a cliff top path running along behind the patio fence. Safety grab handles in walk-in shower (and a stool) and beside the loo. Much appreciated by the old and doddery like us!
