Bright and tastefully presented, this cottage is ideal for a small family or group of friends who will love the close proximity to the sea. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor along with the shower room. The smart open plan living area features a bay window and a door that leads out to the front garden which on warmer days enables the clean sea air to be enjoyed both inside and outside. The small patio is a perfect spot for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a morning coffee. Inverboyndie is very popular with walkers, swimmers and surfers and an early morning stroll along the beach is certainly an ideal way to start the day. The village is situated between the busy town of Banff and the pretty village of Whitehills, both offer excellent facilities for shopping and dining out. This part of the Moray Firth coastline is famous for its dolphins and there are approximately 130 bottlenose dolphins that have made it their home. They can be seen frequently frolicking close to the shore and there are many boats trips available to take you out to meet them. The coastline has lots of pretty fishing villages, all with their own special history and worth exploring. A great location and a delightful holiday home to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Banff contains a variety of architecture in a number of contrasting styles, including Georgian architecture that can be found in the upper part of the town. Banff Harbour is now a recreational harbour, and the town boasts spectacular sea views, sandy beaches, shops and seafood restaurants. The area also boasts sandy beaches, forest walks, cycle routes, whisky trails, pony trekking and dolphin watching.
