Head into this property and shake off your walking boots in the spacious hallway. Lead through to the spacious kitchen where you can rustle up tasty meals on the Range oven, underneath the beamed ceiling. Tuck in together around the dining table set in a bright corner in front of a large window overlooking the garden. When you are ready to put your feet up and get some rest, get comfy on the sofas in front of the TV, and fire up the warming wood burner. A separate living area contains another TV and a pool table, great for keeping the kids entertained. The master bedroom benefits from its own private staircase from the lounge, and contains a super-king-size bed, and an en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms are situated up a different flight of stairs, a king-size with its own en-suite shower room, and a super-king-size and a double bedroom share a family bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the extensive, wrap-around garden. Play on the lawn, dine alfresco on the patio, or simply soak those weary muscles in the wonderful wood-fired hot tub, whatever the weather.

The pretty chocolate-box village of Leavening is nestled among rolling countryside and has a lovely country pub just 100 metres away where you can enjoy an evening tipple. Yorkshire’s Food Capital, Malton is 6 miles away which has an abundance of food shops and restaurants so you can find something to suit everyone’s appetite. Hop in the car and head into the beautiful Howardian Hills and visit the historic Castle Howard (9 miles).
