Great place, geat location great hosts ! All the amenities were modern and the various equipment easy to operate, but the owners had left folder of operating guides. In addition, the owners had also kindly left basic necessities of milk, tea, coffee, croissants, cookies and orange juice to name a few. The best surprise was the tub of ice cream ! 😃Would highly recommend !

Great location, within easy distant for walking into centre of York. Beds were comfortable, everything clean and quiet location. As per previous comments the settee is not the best. If you're a tea drinker don't forget to pack some as only coffee is catered for. Would be comfortable booking property again as great location.
