About this Holiday Cottage

Situated in a wonderful location right next to York Minster, Minster Garden House is unique, architect designed contemporary home built around the remains of Ingrim's Palace of 1616. Ideal for families of up to six people, all the City's famous tourist attractions are easily reached on foot and the train station is around a ten minute walk away. Numerous buses and taxis can be found closeby should you wish to visit other Yorkshire villages and towns, or why not stay longer and drive to the coast to visit Whitby and Scarborough?

Inside

Relax in the luxury open plan living/ dining area and the accommodation also includes a fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops. The range of comfortable seating in the lounge includes a double sofa bed and a TV is also provided.

Toiletries, linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are all supplied for your stay.

Double glazing and central heating are fitted at the property.

A meet and greet service is provided and check in time is between 3pm and 7pm, unless previously agreed. Check out is by 10am.

Availability

A £100 security deposit is required and the minimum night stay at the property is  two nights, except over the Christmas/ New Year period when it is three nights.

Unfortunately we do not accept stag or hen parties. No pets. No smoking.
