Nestling on the edge of the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Spa Cottage in Hovingham village is a charming stone house within easy reach of village amenities. The North York Moors, York and the market towns of Malton and Helmsley are only a short drive away.

Inside

Ground floor living space includes an open plan kitchen diner with feature oil AGA cooker and an electric oven and hob. All essential self-catering appliances in the kitchen include a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, a microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer. A utility room with separate wc is also on the ground floor along with the sitting room featuring a cosy open fire, WiFi, comfortable seating, a radio, CD and DVD player.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

First floor bedrooms include a double with en-suite bathroom containing a bath with shower over and wc. Additional bedrooms include two twins and a separate bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower over and wc.

The garden is fully enclosed and parking is onsite.
