At the weekend of 21st november 13 ladies stayed at the house for a hen do. It was an amazing house . We all enjoyed the experience. The house had all mod cons. Each room had been decorated and designed with love and very high standard. The host lives a couple of doors away, what a wonderful lady nothing was too much trouble . I would stay there again . A family gathering would be wonderful ❤️.

We’ve just returned from this beautiful house in York, where we stayed for my daughter’s 30th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly attentive, even stopping by with Prosecco and homemade pakoras, which was such a thoughtful touch. Any small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. The house itself is stunning - spacious, ornate, and full of unique character in every room. The outdoor area was ideal for hosting, and the location couldn’t be better, with just a short walk into York. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was spotless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommended.

The property has been very well thought out. Lovely interior, spacious and has everything you need for a lovely weekend. The location is great too. You can walk into the centre in about 10 mins. We really enjoyed our stay.
