This is our second time at the cottage. We love it ! It is a home from home. Plenty of seating, spacious rooms and bedrooms. Yes, you do need a car but there is plenty to do and you cannot fault the hosts who go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful.

Country cottage with great views and lovely walks. Friendly & helpful hosts. Recommend the walk from the cottage to Castle Howard (4.2 miles each way). The park & ride into York works well.
