Stablefold is a bright and fresh semi-detached cottage delightfully positioned on the outskirts of the spectacular city of York, overlooking the well-known racecourse. This homely property comes with all amenities nearby and the breath-taking city centre just one mile away, a sublime location for a romantic couples retreat. The refreshing, spacious ground floor is occupied by a tastefully decorated open-plan living room, offering everything that you will need to kick back and relax in the company of your loved one. Here you can cosy up on the sofa whilst watching the TV; you can also prepare your food, making the most of the well-appointed kitchen area, before sitting down for a delicious meal for two. Carpeted stairs bring you to the pleasant first floor, here you will find a wonderfully furnished king-size bedroom, peacefully finished and benefiting from a lovely bay window with views towards the racecourse.
