Apple Tree Cottage is a beautifully decorated, spacious semi-detached cottage based on a non-working farm, just outside of Dunnington in North Yorkshire. The stylish interior with open plan living, stunning countryside views and excellent location make this the perfect base for a holiday with friends or couples. A village packed with history and culture, just outside of York. Dunnington was the small village winner in the 2014 'Britain in Bloom'. The village offers shops and pubs, as well as the Fabric Gallery and a library. York sits 5 miles away, a city which has so much to offer with stunning buildings as well as some amazing history.

It was very warm and cosy. The homemade scones that the owner left were a lovely surprise. Off road parking also which is very important. Really close to York. There is so much to see. You donât need to use the car either as the buses are very frequent and Park and Ride is available.

A blind for the roof window in the bedroom would be a good idea to block out early morning daylight for summer guests.

Situated near to a park and ride in to York, which is worth using. The cottage is spacious, clean and comfortable and would highly recommend staying here. The 'welcome pack' was really appreciated.
