Barn Owl Cottage was perfect for our needs. Peaceful and quiet and an absolute treat to have a mare and foal just outside our window. We had a wonderful stay and the property was ideally situated for lots of days out.The cottage is very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable and layout of the property ideal for me in my wheelchair although the step to the entrance of the property was a bit awkward. (I am pretty independent and able to transfer, climb in to bath, manage a step in to the shower and i always take a shower stool with me)For some, the beds may be too high and the sofa too low but we were ok. Would thoroughly recommend Barn Owl Cottage, and suggest any wheelchair users enquire first, as we did, to check and confirm it suits your needs.
