Had a lovely stay at Barn Owl Cottage. Set in a beautiful, peaceful location. Cottage was great. It had two large bedrooms, both en-suite with very comfy beds. There was a seating area outside so could enjoy the lovely weather. Great location for visiting York, Knaresborough and Harrogate. Beningborough Hall worth a visit too.

Hello thereWe went in mid March to celebrate birthdays - so weatherwise we were just hoping - turns out we had no rain - cottage is great two large rooms both en-suite - local pub was a two minute car drive - just to far to walk as dimly lit - no pavements half way and major road to cross - used Uber to York - Harrogate - Knaresborough - so we could sample the beers - enjoyed it - the setting of the cottage needs a shout - massive horse riding place - if they'll have us we'd love to go back
