Comfortable sofas and a Smart TV provide the perfect setting to unwind after a day of exploring — whether that’s curling up with a good book or enjoying a glass of red by the fire. A dining table within the living space creates a sociable setting for relaxed meals or family board games.
The contemporary kitchen is beautifully designed and fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a pleasure to prepare anything from leisurely breakfasts to hearty evening suppers. Of course, with an excellent choice of eateries nearby, you may be tempted to dine out instead.

This is a lovely property that is let down by a lack of cleanliness and maintenance. However, the first difficulty I encountered was the number given in the emailed address is not the number on the door, hindering finding the property and causing difficulties if you have ordered online groceries to arrive at the beginning of your stay. For a family of four we were only given 2 large towels for a 7 night stay. When I contacted the agents to ask for more towels I was informed that the cleaners had left 2 towels on each bed and that they thought this was sufficient. In reality, this left us with 2 large towels, 3 hand towels and a bath mat for 4 people for a 7 night stay. Definitely bring towels if you plan to stay here. The kitchen: Although the surfaces were clean, the oven and microwave had clearly not even been checked as there were loose fragments of food and dried on splashes in both. There was also food debris in the strainer in the kitchen sink. The kitchen itself was well equipped with everything you could need. However, the dishwasher was full of (thankfully) clean dishes when we arrived. I don't think guests should be expected to tidy up after the previous guests in the house. There were no bin bags in the kitchen or bathroom bins when we arrived. While this may have been intentional on the part of the cleaners, it does mean the insides of the bins get quite dirty and are not necessarily cleaned between guests.There were 3 large bags of dirty laundry (sheets and towels) from previous guests stacked in the hallway and another bag in the master bedroom cupboard (possibly the reason for the lack of towels provided) for the entire week we were there. There were make-up (foundation) stains on the large white towel and one of the sheets. The bath doesn't drain properly and each shower leaves you standing in 4 inches of water.Apart from the lack of towels, everything that should have been provided was present and the property was as seen in the online photos. However, I was disappointed in this property for all the reasons outlined above.
