We had a lovely stay at Monkroyd House.Liz and Rob were such good hosts and were available if we needed them for anything.The house had all the amenities needed, both double bedrooms had an ensuite and there's a toilet downstairs. Underfloor heating in the kitchen is a great addition making this the hub of the house when we stayed.Plenty of cutlery/ dishes/ cleaning equipment, anything you think you might need was there. We had a toddler with us and they also had equipment available for us to use if needed, highchair/ travel cot/ step etc and plenty of grass area outside for the kids to play on.Thank you for a lovely stay!

Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Monkroyd Cottage. It was perfect for our ‘Uni- girls reunited’ weekend. We enjoyed Pontefract, including walking around the castle and also the lake. We loved the handy location, just over the road from Copley’s farm shop and cafe. Perfect for our breakfast/ brunch!!!

Great house even though weather not good for the hot tub the house alone is amazing everything you need and I mean everything from tea coffee even milk and some wine left in the fridge to get you started all the cooking stuff there cutlery dishwasher tablets washing stuff and there are 3 showers and a bath towels rob and liz where amazing making sure everything is alright thanks guys will be booking again
