It is a very comfortable and well-equipped property, situated in a beautiful village. You can easily walk to the village shop and train station, plus there's a restaurant/takeaway (Inside the old station building). The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we hope to stay again in the future.

We were shown round the apartment and Cath provided us with a very generous welcome pack. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Ideally positioned in the village for the local shop, pub and railway station and plenty of local walks. Would certainly recommend.

The beds were big and comfortable and the breakfast hamper was a very welcome addition! Great base for us to explore the area and we used the local train to get into York.
