Pros: The property was well situated, just a short walk from the train station and so many shops and walks. The property has very sweet seaside decorations and gives a seaside welcome. The kitchen is surprisingly well stocked with equipment and we were grateful for a small carton of milk, teabags, instant coffee, sugar and biscuits. Cons: We found multiple black hairs in the bed (we immediately phoned the owner who within 90 minutes brought brand new fresh bedding and re-made the bed for us). There was also a large toenail clipping beside the bed. The shower cubicle had some mildew. There is a washing machine but but no tumble dryer so we struggled to dry our clothes and towels in mid-September. The path to the property was obstructed by 4 dustbins so we had to enter via the paths of adjacent properties.

Seaglass cottage is a nice place to stay, the only problem was the bathroom, it was not very clean, and the shower needed a slip mat,
