Kennel Master Cottage is a charming stone-built cottage, the former kennel at Sneaton Hall in the North York Moors National Park. Enter this terraced cottage into the splendid conservatory area, kick back and relax on the comfortable seating. Step through into the stylish sitting room, compact and welcoming with plenty of snug seating and a TV to sit and watch when you're not out exploring this incredible region. Three steps lead down into the kitchen/diner, its exposed stonework, stunning gas range cooker, Belfast sink and wooden dining table give it a rustic, country-cottage feel. The two bedrooms at the property are reached from separate staircases; the carpeted stairs lead you to the delightful single room whilst the wooden open tread staircase presents the splendid king-size bedroom and the crisp, white bathroom. When the sun comes out, head outside to the enclosed patio garden where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or perhaps an alfresco meal. Sneaton is a wonderfully tranquil village with its quality village pub, the Wilson Arms. From here you can reach some wonderful destinations and attractions including the beautiful port of Whitby and the ever-popular seaside resort of Scarborough. You can also easily tour the luscious countryside of the North York Moors, with some spectacular rural views on offer. A wonderfully furnished cottage in a fabulous Yorkshire location.

Sneaton is in an elevated position, three miles from Whitby and in the North York Moors. Stone cottages line the main street with a traditional pub. Close by is Beacon Farm, with ice cream, tea room and a farm shop. Sneaton is for walkers, footpaths can be found in and around the village, notably the Monks Trod. Ruswarp has boating on the River Esk, a small golf course, and a renowned butcher’s. Whitby is a short drive away with its cobbled streets, beaches, restaurants, and cafés.
