The off road parking was a big bonus. The apartment has been fitted out to a high standard and well maintained, the welcome pack was a good help. One minor problem on arrival and the owner sorted it immediately. We were contacted the night before by the owner and were given lots of info on the surrounding area, which was a great help. Thanks for a stress free stay.

The rear enclosed garden was also unkept and felt like you were somewhere you shouldnât be. Once in the property it was clean and tidy but needed a lot of things finished off properly the kitchen would be nice if doors were hung properly and the laminate floor moved when walking on it there was also a plug socket that had been removed but not capped off and a ceiling light fitted but the electric cable not re plastered over floor beading was also loose in the hall way. The property had a lot of great touches excellent shower lovely big tv and plenty of storage the automatic lights were a good touch in hallway just a shame only one worked .The property Is located on a busy road and reversing on to the drive could be difficult for some drivers the traffic can be heard throughout the night but the location made up for this as you were 10 mins from the sea front and town centre. A welcome pack of some milk ect would have been nice first Sykes property we have stopped at and not received this not expected but a nice touch after a long journey youâre ready for a brew. I would say 3 plus star not 5 as advertised but could easily achieve the 5 star with attention to detail and tidying up of front garden drive and rear enclosed garden ,a signs would also help to let people know it is parking for the property and pointing out the rear garden is ok to use and not a neighbours yard.

The outside was being attended to but the steps from the car park up were unkept and need attention. Although the weather was dry it was cold and we did have to request that the heating come on earlier in the morning but the owner did sort it. So thank you. Although itâs for 2 people the crockery and cutlery is for 4 which is very helpful.
