Please note: There is additional external access to the first floor.. In a secluded quiet area, down a country lane, you will find Lebberston Carr Farm Cottages. This former granary has been converted into two delightful holiday cottages, yet still retains many of its original features including the oak beams. Admire the wonderful far reaching views over the open countryside and enjoy this rural and peaceful setting. A great place for breaks all year around, as each property boasts a cosy wood burner, perfect to come home to and curl up in front of during winter, and an enclosed garden with hot tub to relax in. Walkers are spoilt for choice as the Wolds Way and Cleveland Way, enjoying stunning coastal scenery, are both close by. Filey is a short drive from the cottages with its fantastic beach and lovely promenade to walk along, and is a popular destination for those looking for a quiet seaside escape. Within a short drive you can visit Whitby, Scarborough, Flamborough Head and the traditional seaside resort of Bridlington. The North Yorkshire Moors National Park is also close by, where you can catch the steam train and travel over the moors from Pickering to Whitby. The rspb bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is just a few minutes drive away and here you will see puffins, gannets and kittiwakes to name a few of the thousands of migrating sea birds. As a base to see all that Yorkshire has to offer, Lebberston Carr Farm makes a perfect choice. Beach 2½ miles. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Beautiful location, cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. Michael and his partner were lovely hosts, in particular, lighting the our hot tub before our arrival. Would definitely recommend to stay

Really enjoyed our break , location for us was perfect . Very isolated and really relaxing . Some really good items included with wood and lighters for the log burner and hot tub . Grace was so friendly and helpful when we arrived helping us set both up

Perfectly placed for us visiting friends in the area. Cottage was lovely and all the utensils and crockery was clean but the cottage it self could have been cleaner. Nothing major it just seemed that it hand not been let out for a while and it was a bit cold and dusty. Lovely touch from the owners to leave firewood included in the price and the offer to set up a light the hot tub. I imagine our niggles would not of been apparent in the height of summer One final comment , it would be good to have some self storage in the bathroom for toothbrush, soap etc.
