There are a number of child friendly activities and many excellent visitor attractions for grown-ups too, including the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Scarborough Spa and Scarborough Open Air Theatre for live music. Scarborough is a great location for outdoor activities, with golf courses, lovely coastal walks along the Cleveland Way, stunning cycle routes such as the old railway to Whitby, beautiful sailing and championship quality surfing. Large well equipped kitchen with washer and dishwasher (I don't do washing up at home). Bathroom straight out of Ideal Homes exhibition. Most importantly it felt homely and welcoming, we spent more time than usual just relaxing and watching the widescreen TV. Situated close to local amenities and beach at end of road, we will definitely visit again

It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided. Lovely large smart TV. The only slight drawback was the parking as you either had to pay or use the zone parking for a couple of hours and then move the car. We decided to park our car further out where there were no restrictions, but it was a good 20 minute walk. Other than that, I cannot praise the house enough.

Comfortable beds. There is a lovely view of the castle from the rear bedroom window. Only a few minutes walk to the sea front and town. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely be back again.
