I loved being able to sit in bed and enjoy the view of the North Bay of Scarborough. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Given it's location it was also quiet, with no neighbour or street noise. 5 minute walk to the castle, 12 minute walk to the harbour on the South Bay, and about the same directly into the centre of town for the shops. Plus a corner shop only a street away. Good pub 'The Albert' very nearby, and lots of other pubs as you head towards South Bay. Parking directly outside with the 4 day permit card provided. Fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, sink and a pint of milk (thank you - we forgot to take some!) with some teabags, coffee, sugar and washing up liquid to help. No airfryer so the listing just needs a tweak. However, super spot, we will definitely be back.

Denelea Studio 2 was a comfortable, clean & bright flat, with a compact kitchen sufficient for our needs & a nice shower room. The view of Scarborough North Bay was fabulous. The parking permits provided were useful.However, there is a dangerous unmarked 6 inch drop down immediately through the main front door, which my wife fell down when we arrived, causing a nasty leg injury which required hospital treatment & X-rays. It spoilt the holiday & we believe it would have been prevented if the property had a warning notice on the main front door stating “Beware of step down”.

The views were amazing to wake up to each day. Very comfortable and in a good situation. We could access all parts of Scarborough with ease. No big complaints! The only thing we missed was a freezer compartment for ice cubes etc. The only reason 5stars all round is not being given is due to a disturbing low hum from something electrical which was constantly on and off- the fridge? Very audible at night. However, this wouldn’t stop us coming back and staying again and enjoying those views.
