We just love the location of this pod, only two miles from the coast with private hot tub and surrounded by open countryside. All on the

The Smart TV offers entertainment options, and thereās a delightful country-style kitchen too! A dining table to one side ensures a cosy dining experience. The house shower room is modern and includes a heated towel rail for added comfort. The enclosed decking at the front of the pod offers seating and a private hot tub, overlooking the picturesque countryside, creating an ideal spot for relaxation. On-site, enjoy a lovely mile-long dog walk, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The quaint village of Hunmanby is just a two-minute drive away, featuring a friendly pub with great food, convenience stores, and a village post office. The vibrant seaside towns of Filey and Bridlington are only a ten-minute drive away, offering a choice of beaches, amusement arcades, long promenades, and a host of bars, restaurants, and fish and chip shops. For nature enthusiasts, the Yorkshire Wolds and North Yorkshire Moors National Parks provide extensive walking and cycling opportunities. Nearby rspb Bempton Cliffs and the Flamborough Heritage coastline boast towering chalk cliffs and abundant wildlife. Donāt forget to bring golf clubs as there are numerous close by.
With York and Whitby just an hour away, Hawthorne is the perfect base for exploring the best of the Yorkshire coast and countryside. Beach 2 miles.

The pod was stunning and we had such an amazing week. We actually stayed in Birch but it was an identical pod in the same location. The scenery is beautiful and so serene. There are sheep and chicken just outside the pod, which you can feed š and you can go for a lovely walk on the farm track for miles. The hot tub was delightful and is really cleverly situated, so it feels very private and there are fairy lights all around the outside. The pod is so cozy and romantic but also practical, it has everything you need for a lovely holiday. There was also an air fryer in there to our surprise, as we had brought our own! Hunmanby gap is such a beautiful beach to visit, it's like being in Cornwall and is only a 5 minute drive with a lovely cafe down there too. The local village is a 5 minute drive and the white swan does a cracking carvery. If you wanted to have a night off driving and get a taxi to the local pub you need to pre-book, we were recommended to use Filey lazer taxis as Uber does not work. You could walk (about 40 mins) but in the dark it's an unlit country road at the national speed limit, so we didn't fancy it. There isn't any pubs etc within walking distance but you don't really need it, a cosy evening at the pod is perfect. Honestly don't hesitate to book,we had the best stay. When we did have a small issue, Ben was really quick to respond and fixed it straight away.

We spent four nights here and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Clean and spacious pod and a very quiet location close to Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington. Hot tub was a great addition as well. We had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.
