This cosy, dog-friendly retreat provides perfect family accommodation for two adults and two children, featuring a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Beech boasts an inviting open-plan living area with a comfortable double bed and a large sofa bed, accommodating the whole family. The smart TV offers entertainment options, while the delightful country-style kitchen has a Belfast sink, induction hob, air fryer, and microwave/oven/grill.
A dining table to one side ensures a cosy dining experience. The house shower room is modern and includes a Heated towel rail for added comfort. The enclosed decking at the front of the pod offers seating and a private hot tub, overlooking the picturesque countryside, creating an ideal spot for relaxation.
Onsite, enjoy a lovely mile-long dog walk, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The quaint village of Hunmanby is just a two-minute drive away, featuring a friendly pub with great food, convenience stores, and a village post office. The vibrant seaside towns of Filey and Bridlington are only a ten-minute drive away, offering a choice of beaches, amusement arcades, long promenades, and a host of bars, restaurants, and fish and chip shops.

Nearby rspb Bempton Cliffs and the Flamborough Heritage coastline boast towering chalk cliffs and abundant wildlife. Don’t forget to bring golf clubs as there are numerous close by. Had a relaxing break at this site. Pod was great and had everything we needed for a short stay. Especially the hot tub!! Great location - our pod ‘Beech Tree’ was at end of site overlooking a field - really private. Owner Ben was helpful and friendly. Contacted prior to stay with general info and access to pod. Visited a few beaches and local pubs and cafes all within reasonable distance. Will definitely return 😃

yes was in great location to travel around to lots of seeside resorts such as bridlington/ filey / whitby pubs just 5minute car journey / shop s/and facilities in pod great / bathroom with shower great overall great break every thing you needed to hand

Lovely pod, got everything you need, TV reception not good only bbc channels, but not a deal breaker for usHot tub was lovely, but due to snow and rain we were only able to use once, might be an idea to put some covered area over it?, also you have to take the whole lid off,which is heavy and myself being disabled this was rather difficult Overall great stay and we definitely would come back
