Welcome to Longstone Cottage in Ugthorpe, a charming stone built farm property situated just nine miles from the varied attractions in Whitby. With the North York Moors and beautiful Yorkshire coast both within easy reach, the property is ideal for family breaks, walking holidays or romantic getaways. 

Inside

The open plan living area has a warming wood burner stove, plenty of leather seating, exposed beams, Freeview TV and a DVD player. There is also a family dining area and the kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, fridge/ freezer, electric oven, hob and microwave.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are two bedrooms - one double and one twin - which share use of a bathroom with overhead shower, WC and hand basin. An additional sofa bed for two can be found in the lounge. 

Outside

Guests can relax in the large lawn garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. There is also plenty of off road parking. 

Other Things to Note

The rental price includes oil central heating, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the wood burner. A cot and high chair can be supplied on request.

Horse livery can be provided by arrangement.

Availability

Short breaks may be available during off peak times and as last minute stays. Two well behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement.
