Situated in a quiet part of Holiday Park our beautiful 3 bedroom caravan has 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms with plenty of storage (it also has a pullout bed in the lounge area for a further 2 guests). En-suite toilet in main bedroom

A well equipped kitchen inc fridge/freezer and microwave, wall mounted 40" TV/DVD (good dvd selection will be available during the stay) is in the spacious lounge, double glazing and central heating throughout. The large gated front veranda includes a patio table and chairs. Wi-Fi available in the caravan during the stay. Hairdryer and Iron and Ironing Board are in the caravan for use during the stay. also a gated rear veranda with patio furniture and low table.

On the site there is an indoor swimming pool, amusement arcade, indoor and outdoor play area and football court & crazy golf. There's a Nisa shop onsite and a launderette, The refurbished Boathouse Bar and an onsite entertainment centre provides entertainment for children and adults. The Tow Bar pub is situated across the road from the main entrance to the park and serves good food and has a large outdoor children's play area.

Cayton Bay beach is a short walk away.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price but can be purchased if required at the Reception on site. Towels and tea towels are not provided.

The Holiday Park is situated between Scarborough and Filey, a bus stop outside the camp provides easy access to both.

New for 2025 Lounge furniture recovered and new curtains, new furniture on front veranda and all single mattresses replaced with memory foam mattresses.

Cayton Bay is a coastal town resting in North Yorkshire. The town offers a local convenience store for all of your holiday essentials, as well as a pub, and a delightful sandy beach where you can walk along the coast, take in the seaside air, or try out watersports. At the town of Cayton you will find a greater variety of pubs, eateries, or you can head over to Filey, where animal lovers can explore Filey Animal Park. Scarborough is a must visit, featuring harborside walks, arcades, a museum featuring fossils from along the coast, and an art gallery. Scarborough also boasts an impressive castle, and walks to stunning coastal walks heading towards Hayburn Wyke waterfall and beyond. The town is also within reach of the stunning scenery of the North York Moors National Park, an ideal spot to hike, mountain bike, and birdwatch.
