Three guests are sleeping, and the accommodation is all on the ground floor, full of character with original stone walls and exposed beams. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and countryside views, while the second bedroom offers a single bed – ideal for a child or solo guest. The modern shower room is the perfect place to refresh.
The warm and inviting living room is designed for relaxation, with French windows opening out onto a generous, elevated patio area. From here you can soak up panoramic views over the valley and rolling hills – a perfect spot for al fresco dining or your morning coffee. Two steps take you up to the fully fitted kitchen, which has everything needed for preparing meals after a day of walking or sightseeing and includes a dining area for enjoying them together.

There is some construction currently taking place on a nearby building close to Manor Farm and Smithy. The builders are aware of the holiday cottages and will do their best to keep any disruption to a minimum. The works will be in place until 5th October 2025

What a beautiful cottage with everything you need. An amazing view and a place you can really switch off and relax. Only thing would make it better would be a pub you can walk to but that’s no fault of the venue

The Smithy is a comfortable cottage. Great place for us and our dogs.Due to its location it was very quite and peaceful. Nice woodland walk 30 yards from front door.
