Please note there is a £50 security deposit to be paid cash on arrival for all lodges, except the Malton Lodge which is £100 cash on arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay once the lodge has been checked.

Please note your lodge will not be available until 4pm.
In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
The on-site bar/restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward due to issues with staffing.
Bar and restaurant will be closed between 04/11/2024 - 21/11/2024, and will reopen on the 22/11/2024 due to staff holidays.
Please note that unfortunately due to a fire at the TV mast in Bilsdale, television services are not working on site. However all TVs are Smart TVs and can therefore use internet based TV services.
If you plan on dining at Spencer’s Bar and Grill during your stay, we highly recommend for you to book ahead of your stay to guarantee a table.
Please note charging electric vehicles from your accommodation is strictly prohibited.

Newbridge Lodge was spacious and well presented - clean and nicely decorated.The kitchen could be improved though, as the fridge had no door section for milk (which resulted in the milk leaking all over the fridge), there were only limited utensils for cooking, no salt & pepper and no kitchen roll.Plus, there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 night stay. I didn't mind purchasing toilet paper, but it would have been nice to have been told to bring it.

We found the lodge to be clean and exactly what we needed, a base to sleep, eat and enjoy time as a family. The play park was excellent for our daughter who spent the majority of our three day stay in there running her grandparents ragged. However, the lodge itself could do with looking after. We took our own hoover as we took our dog and for two nights stay we filled two hoover canisters with dirt so it didnt seem like they've been deep cleaned regularly, the fridge was missing a bracket on the door so there was no shelf for your milk to go in. Therefore, they had to paid in the fridge and then leaked. We found the hot water for running a bath only ever reached luke warm which was disappointing. We also found that groups of kids came later in the day with their parents who absolutely ran riot, running and shouting in front of everyones lodges, a couple of them even throwing stones at the geese on the pond which isn't exactly a relaxing experience when their parents didn't seem to care what they were doing. However, the shower was lovely and hot, the beds were incredibly comfy and the location is perfect to be able to explore the area. Small touches such as matching towels on all the beds and the tea and coffee were lovely. I'd say if you wanted a romantic weekend as a couple it's not the place to book due to the amount of kids and the lack of privacy between the hot tubs and the play park and grass. However, as a family it overall fitted us well with the play park and local walks.
