Please note your lodge will not be available until 4pm.
In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
The on-site bar/restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward due to issues with staffing.
Bar and restaurant will be closed between 04/11/2024 - 21/11/2024, and will reopen on the 22/11/2024 due to staff holidays.
Please note that unfortunately due to a fire at the TV mast in Bilsdale, television services are not working on site. However all TVs are Smart TVs and can therefore use internet based TV services.
If you plan on dining at Spencer’s Bar and Grill during your stay, we highly recommend for you to book ahead of your stay to guarantee a table.
Please note charging electric vehicles from your accommodation is strictly prohibited.

In need of some modernisation: no towel rails in bathroom (heated or otherwise); mirror light not working so had to use main light attached to fan which disturbed others in the middle of the night.

The lodge was really nice. Had everything you need. Kitchen and decor modern and finished to a high standard. The hot tub was lovely...very private...no one walking past...perfect location. Lay out of the lodge was perfect with bedrooms at either end giving a little privacy. Spencers Bar and grill on site was lovely, great choice of food and drinks which were reasonably priced. Will definitely return!

The position of the lodge was ideal. Very private and not overlooked which was great when in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable but the lodge could do with a bit TLC eg there was no chopping board and didn't want to cut things on the worktops so made it a bit difficult just small things could be improved on. Maybe more pans etc but overall it was comfortable and would stop again because of the position of the lodge
