Please note your lodge will not be available until 4pm.
In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
The on-site bar/restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward due to issues with staffing.
Bar and restaurant will be closed between 04/11/2024 - 21/11/2024, and will reopen on the 22/11/2024 due to staff holidays.
Please note that unfortunately due to a fire at the TV mast in Bilsdale, television services are not working on site. However all TVs are Smart TVs and can therefore use internet based TV services.
If you plan on dining at Spencer’s Bar and Grill during your stay, we highly recommend for you to book ahead of your stay to guarantee a table.
Please note charging electric vehicles from your accommodation is strictly prohibited.

The Lodge needs a good deep clean, lick of paint and maybe replace carpets with flooring as they are well used and dirty likely people in and out of hot tub all wet and trailing wet on to it !!! .... bed was well used and not very comfortable It's a lovely little space nice sofas and decor just needs a good fresh up I wouldnt say it's a luxury lodge but it could be better if maintained
