Please note your lodge will not be available until 4pm.
Please note: The restaurant will be closed from Monday 6th November until Friday 17th November 2023, apologies for any inconvenience.
In line with government guidance to ensure you and your family are safe during your stay social distancing practices will be in place across the park and any shared facilities may be limited or closed.
The on-site bar/restaurant will be closed Mondays and Tuesdays moving forward due to issues with staffing.

Please note that unfortunately due to a fire at the TV mast in Bilsdale, television services are not working on site. However all TVs are Smart TVs and can therefore use internet based TV services.
Please note from the 8th to the 22nd of November the onsite restaurant will be closed.
Please be aware Spencer’s Bar and Grill will be closed on Friday 6th January 2023 and re-opening on Saturday 7th January 2023. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you plan on dining at Spencer’s Bar and Grill during your stay, we highly recommend for you to book ahead of your stay to guarantee a table.

Unprofessional, scruffy appearance, no signage, very uncomfortable bed with stained mattress and cover.Upon arrival there is no clear sign for Reception (which is in the bar area)Eventually you are told to follow a scruffy member of staff down to the lodge who drives his car at speed breaking the site limit of 5mph. Once at the lodge you are given a brief verbal description of the lodge etc. he does not point out that there is a folder with the basic information required in the lodge.This family run business could do with some advice from a consultant on how to meet and greet and how to present themselves and staff to the customer. The consultant could also advise on when to install/replace mattresses and bedding on a regular basis etc..We booked for 3 nights left after 2 nights We won't be returning.
