It is really cosy with a log burner which we particularly enjoyed with the stormy weather we experienced. The kitchen and dining area are a really good size and the bedrooms are very comfortable. It is a really peaceful location, close to the Moors, Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay, as well as Dalby Forest. There is so much to do in the area that we will definitely be back.

Loved the patio and the garden. Nicely decorated and very homely. Plentiful selection of crockery etc. Our daughter loved her room, especially the zebra bedding! Plenty of storage space and nice fluffy towels. We found the double bed a little bit small for the 2 of us, but the mattress was comfy enough. The shower was a little less powerful than we are used to, but was a lovely deep bath. We really appreciated the off road parking, but was a little tricky to negotiate when the van next door was parked next to us. All in all though we were really happy with the cottage and would definitely recommend it!
