Property and location were good. However (first impressions matter) when we arrived at the agreed time the property was not ready due to ongoing maintenance work. A replacement dishwasher was being installed and 3 windows had been removed, painted and left to dry. This inconvenience lasted approximately 2 hours. The guest information book stated that towels, treats and waste bags would be provided but these were not available.
