Valley View is one of three beautifully renovated farm buildings within High Penhowe Farm in Burythorpe, overlooking the valley were the North York Moors meet the Yorkshire Wolds. With the Dales to the west and the Wolds to the east, guests can enjoy 360-degree views from the stunning location whilst being only 10 minutes from Malton and 30 from York city centre.

This delightful property welcomes guests into a large double aspect hallway leading to the extremely spacious kitchen and dining area, graced with a large solid wood dining table and chairs. French doors opening out onto the central courtyard and private seating area. The sitting room boasts vaulted ceilings, views towards to Howardian Hills and comfortable seating flanking the real flame gas fire. On the first floor are two bedrooms, both of which feature a 6' super-king size zip and link bed which can be converted into two singles upon request at time of booking. Each have the added benefit of an en-suite bath or shower, stunning views and not to mention the mezzanine seating area, were you can sit back and watch the sunset over the North York Moors and Howardian Hills.

There is a parking area to the side of Valley View. A seating area to the front and courtyard to the rear which is filled with attractive flower borders and further seating. For those with children there is 14 acres of communal field and woodland to explore, so be sure to pack those garden games.

The former working farm close to Leavening and Malton in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, sits along local countryside walking paths, including routes through the Yorkshire Wolds such Westow Grange and Leavening Brow and Burythorpe Circular, exploring lovely villages and open pastures along the way.

Valley View can be booked together with Cherry Tree Cottage to accommodate eight guests.
