Patio doors lead from the lounge to a spacious, decking area with a corner couch and table seating area.

3 Bedrooms, 1 Double with ensuite, 2 Twin rooms, 1 twin room has 2 standard size single beds, rooms have plenty of storage space, sleeps 6 or 7 (if youngest is 2 years or less.)

Travel cot, bed guard and high chair can be provided, but must be notified in advance.

Shower room with toilet and built in cupboards.

Fully integrated kitchen with a 5 burner gas hob, double oven, grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

£50 non refundable deposit to secure dates.

£100 damage bond required, fully refunded provided holiday home is left clean and tidy with no breakages or damage.

Final balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Park passes are mandatory and must be purchased directly from Flamingo Land on your arrival. These cover the duration of your stay and include access to the theme park, zoo, swimming pool, leisure complex, entertainment and bars.

Check in from 4pm on day of arrival, check out from 10am on day of departure.
