With a hot tub and a romantic studio-style layout, this property is ideal for a couples' retreat at any time of year. On arrival at the site, allocated parking greets you, before stepping into the open-plan space. There are basic amenities such as a microwave and mini fridge for preparing easy meals to be served at the dining table for two or out on the decking before you head out to explore the area. When it is time to rest, snuggle up in the double bed and flick through the TV. Freshen up in the morning with a shower in the bathroom, or soak in the bath after a day of walking. Be sure relax under the stars in the hot tub, as you catch up on the day's adventures. Chalet 4 is a lovely base for a break to picturesque North Yorkshire. Sherburn is a village and civil parish in North Yorkshire, though it was previously part of the East Riding of Yorkshire until 1974. Sherburn is located on the south side of the Vale of Pickering, immediately north of the Yorkshire Wolds, and within easy reach of the North York Moors National Park to the north. Sherburn is a great base for outdoor adventures throughout the North Yorkshire countryside, and it's also close to Scarborough and Filey. The village has a Post Office, a pub, a convenience store, and a newsagents, as well as a few other local businesses. Nearby attractions include The Great Ryedale Maze, North Yorkshire Water Park, Wykeham Lakes Fishery, Playdale Farm Park, Go Ape Dalby, and Filey Bird Garden and Animal Park. Spend the day at either of Scarborough's beaches, visit the castle and sample the excellent food available in the many restaurants and pubs, or head down to Filey and Filey Brigg.

We got out of the stay exactly what we were looking for. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome, everyone spoke to us and we even joined in playing pool and darts. If Iâm honest we stopped in a chalet and we both agreed weâd come back to the site but stop in a caravan next time. The chalets are nice but they do lack cooking facilities and a bit more space when you have a pet too. It was not very warm and we did struggle to dry our clothes, however it was March and poor weather. Could not fault the bed and the comfort of the mattress 10/10. The shower was lovely and the hot tub beautiful. Lovely touch having the robes provided too. We made some great friends in the bar and they made our stay! Itâs a lovely base for visiting local areas, we went to Scarborough, Whitby and Filey during our stay. There is also great walks from the site, which we loved and made the most of. Thank you Snooty Fox, we will hopefully see you again soon.
