Snaptrip says

Guests have praised the cottage for its cleanliness, well-equipped nature, and the inclusion of a hot tub. The property offers a comfortable stay with thoughtful touches like complimentary cake and is situated in a picturesque, albeit remote, village with local pubs. Some minor issues were noted with facilities and local amenities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The cottage received high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'clean', 'well maintained', and 'very clean'. This suggests that cleanliness is consistently upheld at the property.

The location is appreciated for its beauty and quietness, though it is remote with no local shops and some inaccuracies in the listing regarding distances. The proximity to nearby towns and attractions is seen as a positive.

Comfort is frequently highlighted, with guests finding the beds comfortable and the living room cosy, especially with the log burner. The provision of toweling robes for the hot tub also adds to the comfort.

Facilities are generally well-received, with the hot tub being a standout feature. However, there were some minor complaints about the dishwasher and a lack of cleaning products, which suggests room for improvement in maintenance.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, providing welcome treats like cake and milk. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, guests should kindly note that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The stone floor in kitchen doesn’t help this. No instructions or directions were left for where the external bins were and having arrived with a dog this would have been helpful. A blanket for the sofa to protect it would have been of benefit thankfully I bought my own for the dog. The hot tub had a funky smell to it and lost heat very quickly. The cottage was well equipped with loads of kitchen bits and had board games and puzzles and books. The tv was a smart tv which was great would have liked a tv in the bedroom. Was very close to the local pub and the pub was very friendly.

Nice and clean with comfortable beds and the hot tub was super - we appreciated the toweling robes that were provided. The only thing we would have liked was some cleaning products. It was hard scrubbing a baking tray with a piece of kitchen roll! Also, there was no heating on upstairs when we arrived (The house is heated with 3 radiators) which meant that as it was February it took a while to heat up but these are small pointers rather than something that would stop me staying here again.

The place was perfect for my greyhound, the garden was fully fenced off with 6ft fences and so I didn't need to worry about her escaping. The hot tub was superb and really warm. I loved the coziness of the living room with the log burner. I really want one at home now. There was everything we needed and even was left a complimentary cake in the fridge with some milk. There was even a tea towel, fairy liquid, dishwasher tablets and washing machine capsules. Board games and plenty of stuff to watch on TV if weather was rubbish. Everything you needed it was there! Hosts were amazing. I can't recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back!!
