Located in Farndale (known for its daffodil walk each spring) in the North York Moors, approx. 8 miles North of Kirkbymoorside, there are 600 square miles of beautiful, heather covered countryside to explore by foot or by car. The National Park is also home to a wealth of market towns and villages with tearooms, cafes, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, including foodies' haven, Helmsley (14 miles), and Pickering (16 miles). On arrival, take time to admire the attractive exterior and position of this property; immediately, you will notice the attention to detail. As you enter, you will discover the open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, which is a great space for socialising and relaxing. South facing enclosed garden, leading directly from the property with lawn and gravel patio (BBQ use is permitted but not provided). Ample off road parking. Unfortunately, EV charging is not possible at the cottage. There are local EV points in Kirkbymoorside, Pickering and Helmsley. Pub less than 100 yards. Shop within 5 miles. Washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 dogs welcome maximum medium sized, well behaved, quiet dogs welcomed in this cottage. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage unless they are happy to be caged (cage not provided) and are not likely to bark.
