This beautiful apartment is situated in a converted watermill which dates back to the 17th century. Situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with views over the Walden Beck and a stone’s throw away from the beautiful waterfall. West Burton is a friendly, picturesque Dales village set around a large village green. It offers a superb base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales and its many attractions, with beautiful walks right from the door. The market towns of Leyburn and Hawes, plus Bolton Castle and Aysgarth Falls are just a short drive away. Fishing is available nearby. At the end of the day, the village pub is just a short stroll across the green from Cauldron Falls, where you can sample a pint of ale and take in the atmosphere. Located nearby is a village shop selling essentials and a butchers selling local meat. There are a variety of local pubs, cafes, and ice cream parlours within 4 miles of the apartment.

The apartment was excellent. What we didn’t know.’… no DAB available therefore no radio. Has a big electrical storm one night and for 24hours we lost , radio, tv, and WiFi-All coms out. BBC have just got rid of long wave so an internet radio is essential for that area. Visitors need to know that, it’s been the case for some time,- we should have know that.
