This cosy 18th-century former weaver’s cottage used to serve Bewerley Hall and overlooks the village green, enjoying a suntrap front patio area and dedicated parking to the rear. Bewerley is a stunning little village located in a steep valley and is just a 5-minute stroll to the town of Pateley Bridge, which won the National Best Main Street Award in 2018. Here you will find a selection of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms, delicatessens, bakeries and an award winning butchers, together with antique shops and boutiques. The spa town of Harrogate lies half an hour away and offers both high end and high street shopping together with a vast selection of pubs and restaurants together with Harlow Carr Gardens. Take time to have afternoon tea at the famous Betty’s tea room. All within half an hour are Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, both National Trust, Ripley Castle and Brimham Rocks together with the Nidd Valley and beautiful Middlesmoor. Grassington, Kettlewell, Skipton and Masham make for alternative days out. Locally the Nidderdale Museum is in Pateley Bridge and the annual events include the Nidderdale Show and the Arts Trail. Mum, myself and out little hound, Arthur, have had the most amazing holiday. The cottage was so easy to find, parking space too. A truly beautiful, cosy, comfortable, clean, adorable place to stay. The cottage has everything you could possibly want. The owners have gone to extreme lengths to ensure every single comfort had been thought about, even to doggy bowls and treats. The welcome hamper which we saw as soon as we entered the property was so thoughtful and gratefully received, the biscuits were so good! There is a beautiful 'green' directly in front of the cottage which Arthur loved to play on. Wonderful base to explore nearby attractions, highly recommend Fountains Abbey and a visit to Grassington. this was our 2nd visit this year to this delightful cottage. Like a home from home it has everything that you could possibly need and it is set in a quiet and relaxing village. Lovely friendly people and a lovely neighbour with her two little dogs.

The cottage is cosy with some lovely traditional features. It is comfortable throughout. There are two outdoor seating areas so you can catch the sun in the morning and evening. It is close to amenities in Pately Bridge and lovely walks in the area.
