Mostly clean, a few items missed. Sofa wasn’t comfy for long periods of time because you slide off the front. Bed fairly hard but overall reasonable

The pod we stayed in (the Carlton) was so clean and perfect. Staff were very kind and helpful showed us how to work the hot tub when we arrived. Shower is a great size for a pod. Cutlery and pans etc stored in pod so no need to bring your own. Excellent service
