This fabulous location with easy access, is just 12 miles from Middlesbrough yet with perfect seclusion, dark skies and peace means that you wind down quickly, allowing you to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and relax into a slower pace of life.
Wonderful walks and cycle trails unfold from the doorstep and the lodges are exquisitely designed to enhance the magnificent natural settings all around you.
The locally renowned Blackwell Ox Pub allows you to indulge in a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as an exceptional menu of Thai and English food.
Please note there is a card swipe of £75 taken as a security deposit on arrival.
On arrival please go to the Blackwell Ox Public House to check-in and collect your keys

Absolutely wonderful lodge.We stayed in the Wainstone lodge and it was beautiful. Fantastic hot tub too.We had a fantastic time.A lovely pub on site.Only improvement would be the Wifi as it wasn't very good and didn't allow us to use things like our Alexa or Netflix because the connection was too slow.Overall though a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend the Wainstone lodge.We will return again one day.
