1 mile walk down a flat well maintained canal tow path ito skipton. All amenities you need and the beds are big and very comfortable. Xx

The only fault was the cold bathrooms, although it was minus 3 some nights. The towel rails aren't really adequate to keep the rooms warm in those temperatures which made using the showers a very quick exercise! Have to say that Mrs Marshall quickly altered the start times for the rails, which helped. With having two dogs, it would have been nice if they could have roamed the garden, unattended, but couldn't because it's not fenced off securely and a gate would be also be needed. Just an observation. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Warm, cosy and quirky. Had everything you could need. Short lovely walk along the canal, from the door into Skipton
