The first floor also offers a stylish bathroom with a modern tiled finish and is complete with a cosy single room. Within a short stroll you will find Skipton Woods, Skipton Castle, a fine range of pubs old and new and the famous canal basin. The town also sits in the perfect location for breathtaking walks in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, with the peaceful village of Grassington under ten miles away and slightly further afield the Three Peaks can be found within an hour’s drive. Other delights of the area include the fabulous Bolton Abbey, the elegant spa town of Harrogate and Ilkley Moor. A wonderful base for a memorable break in the Yorkshire Dales.

The market town of Skipton, known as the The Gateway to the Dales offers canal trips, steam railway rides, golf, restaurants, shops and tea rooms. The Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Bronte Country are close by and are well worth a visit.

    Only 10 minutes to bus station, 15 to train station. Very cosy! And most importantly, the beds are very comfortable! I would definitely go again
