The front patio was very slippy when wet and the hand rail by the front door is wooden and covered in moss. Had a problem with the fridge, anything you put in it froze to the point that I had to throw away food that I had purchased and eat most of my meals out. When I emailed the owner they came back to advise that they had this problem with the fridge before and thought they had fixed it. Apart from this the place is very clean and comfortable.

Great place and location for a relaxing holiday in the Dales. The cottage has been beautifully renovated from its previous incarnation as a cafe - if memory serves me correctly. It is well furnished, clean and the hosts are both welcoming and helpful. The location has easy access to a wide variety of walks either in the hills or alongside the Wharfe. The area is also a wonderful place for cycling especially if you like challenging routes. We had a marvellous break.
