Offering modern yet traditional décor throughout, this stunning property accommodates for up to four guests in two double bedrooms.
Entering the property, you are greeted by a cosy living room fitted with sumptuous sofas and a Freeview Smart TV. The perfect place to settle down after a day exploring the local area. Walk through to find a fully fitted kitchen with everything you need to create those perfect home cooked meals or why not try a local pub? Leading through from the kitchen you will find a nice-sized garden the perfect place to enjoy a bistro style breakfast in the summer and plan your day’s activities while soaking up the sun! Two double bedrooms can be found on the first floor. All bedrooms benefit from plenty of storage for clothes, and you can sink down into your cosy beds and enjoy a good night’s rest ready for the day ahead. One bedroom has a double bed and the second a zip and link bed which can either be twin single beds or a king-size bed. A family bathroom can also be found on the first floor. This has a P shaped bath with shower over, toilet, sink and electric towel radiator.
Ideally situated in the picturesque village of Kettlewell within the Yorkshire Dales, a stone’s throw away from a small children’s play area with rolling countryside views for miles around! There are local walks that will be sure to knock your socks off, and so many local attractions to keep you busy and create ever lasting memories on your holiday. Why not visit Fountains Abbey, the world’s largest Cistercian Abbey, or take a trip to Clapham and visit the Ingleborough Show Cave for a tour of this impressive cave? Take a trip to Richmond to visit a Norman castle or visit the theatres and museums there. Alternatively, there is a Stump Cross Caverns 30 minutes drive away which is worth a visit. A lovely well equipped and cosy cottage nestled in the beautiful village of kettlewell. Stunning views, wonderful well kept garden, couldn’t fault it! We had a great stay 👍

Pennypot sets a new high for us- everything was excellent including great communication with host; Emma is clearly focused on ensuring her guests have a great experience... many thanks. Kettlewell village very nice (but be aware, the shop is really more a craft centre than a village store... reasonable shops in Grassington).

A delightful post Christmas break, cottage was warm, comfortable and cosy and really well equipped.So many walks right from the door, the views were lovely and while too cold to use the garden the bird life was lovely to see.We were a little ‘icebound’ due to inclement weather conditions but intend to return later in the year to complete the walks we intended to do.I can highly recommend this lovely little cottage.
