Shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs serving meals are all within easy walking distance. There is a regular street market in Skipton, canal boat trips, castle, woodland walks, swimming pool, tennis, pitch and putt and many other amenities very close at hand, and the Yorkshire Dales are easily accessible on foot or by car.

Great cottage, very clean and comfortable. Also in a super location by the canal and with easy access to Skipton high street with loads of places to eat out.Only a slight issue - no WiFi, and limited mobile data signal in the cottage.

Great location in the town. Slightly dated but perfectly adequate for our needs. Lovely and clean, slight down side the steps leading down to it are very steep large steps, though this was mentioned in the description.This is no more than a observation.

Lovely cottage location so convenient everything on your door step. Parking space unbelievable centre of town. It does have level access each yard you need to find gates either end! It's in need of internet at cottage particularly if wanting to map trips beforehand as internet in town isn't available in all places as we discovered. Mobile data also an issueIt's dated in parts but would still recommend lovely feel to the place home from home!
