This very comfortable property lies on the edge of the charming village of Hetton, only five miles from the bustling market town of Skipton. An excellent barn conversion, parts of which date back to the 16th Century with views over scenic countryside, Farfield House is very spacious and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. With a lovely restful garden, the house provides a welcoming retreat at any time of the year with open fires and a Jacuzzi bath to help you relax after a day exploring the dales. The village is home to the ’Best pub in Yorkshire’ renowned for its excellent fayre, and is central for the Wharfedale villages of Grassington, Kettlewell and Burnsall as well as nearby Malham, Settle, with Hawes and Leyburn within easy reach.

We had a wonderful stay at Farfield House. The house is spotlessly clean, cozy and comfortable, and the location provides a great balance of tranquility, with lots of opportunities to explore. I’d also like to thank the hosts for being so helpful; going out of their way to send on an item that was left behind at the house, and taking the time to ensure it arrived back safely.
