Blue Buttons is a well-received cottage praised for its prime location, spaciousness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the proximity to Skipton's centre, the ease of access to shops and eateries, and the scenic walks nearby. The property is noted for its cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, and the luxury of private parking. While there are minor niggles mentioned, the overall sentiment is highly positive, with guests keen to recommend and return.
Guests consistently describe the cottage as spotlessly clean, with immaculate furnishings. One review mentioned a dusty settee, but this appears to be an isolated comment amidst overall high praise for cleanliness.
The location is frequently highlighted as a major plus, with the cottage being within easy walking distance to Skipton's centre, railway station, shops, and eateries. Its proximity to scenic walks along the canal and park adds to its appeal.
Many reviews mention the comfort of the cottage, particularly the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The living space is described as lovely and comfortable, contributing to a positive experience.
The cottage is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday, with a well-appointed kitchen, washer, and dishwasher. However, some guests experienced minor issues with the heating and appliance instructions, suggesting room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.
There are no specific mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts in the reviews, so it is not possible to assess this category accurately. Therefore, the score is set to null.

Lovely, comfortable, spacious cottage, only 10-15 minutes from the canal and the shops. Loads of eateries within walking distance. The bedroom and bathroom are huge and the bed was very comfortable.

Beautiful cottage with private parking as a bonus. Immaculate furnishings, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed.15 minute walk into Skipton and a lovely (but a bit longer) walk through the park across the road and along the canal side. Fabulous farm shop up the road, wish we'd found it sooner. The only negative is that for a 1 bedroom property I do think it is overpriced. However, if you do book this property you will not be disappointed.
