In the midst of some of North Yorkshire's most magnificent countryside, the bustling market town of Settle is located at the south-western edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, next to the largest outcrop of limestone in the country. In Settle, Tuesday is market day, when the plaza is crowded with stalls selling a wide range of goods and crafts. Local stores line the market square, which is dominated by The Shambles, a historic three-story structure with shops on the first two floors and houses above, and the Town Hall. The cottage is warm, comfortable, quiet and inviting.

Maybe cushions and a throw would add to the cosiness downstairs, and a curtain to block out draughts from front door. It's our second time staying at this cottage, and we hope to visit again, we love it so much. Thank you

Lovely location for the cottage on the Green in Settle but in easy reach of the shops, restaurants and pubs. Very well maintained, cosy cottage with welcoming, helpful and attentive owners.
