Excellent property. Great to have sky tv when we had cosy evenings in with the log burner keeping everywhere toasty. Relaxing in the beautiful bath was a delight. Red squirrels visiting daily right up by the window. Mixed week of weather so walking out and about was very muddy so do bring suitable footwear. Recommend the local fish and chips, queuing outside the door says it all. Lastly, host was friendly always with a smile, as were her in-laws staying that week. Thanks for making our week.

This superb little cottage popped up online, what a find, the cottage sits in a secluded location, originally a cow shed it has been sympathetically restored to a high standard. There is everything inside that you would need for a quiet, peaceful stay. We were warmly greeted by the owner and nothing was too much trouble. A real gem in the heart of North Yorkshire for an enjoyable holiday.

Very welcoming. Beautiful cottage in a lovely setting. Really nice to get back to a fire and comfortable surroundings after a busy day out. Amazing wildlife with red sqùrrels visiting every morning. Great location to explore North Yorkshire Dales. Would highly recommend.
